Exit 12 off Hwy I-95, 20 minutes north of Savannah and intersection 95 & 16. Exit off 95
at Exit 12 on to Hwy. 278 which is the main corridor into Hilton Head Island. Rose Hill Plantation is on both sides of the highway, with the Golf Course on the right and the Equestrian Plantation on your left. Mansion is on the Equestrian side, take left to guard house, one mile lane to Rose Hill Mansion.
