Il nuovo B&B Oasi tra gli ulivi nasce a Taniga Baldella, zona residenziale situata nell'immediata periferia di Sassari sulla strada provinciale 200 Sorso-Sennori. La struttura, interamente recintata e dotata di cancello elettrico e videocitofono, sorge in un'area di c.a. 5000 mq tra uliveti, frutteti e prato verde. La villa è disposta su due piani e quello superiore, con ingresso separato e indipendente, è destinato al servizio B&B. La zona giorno è composta dalla cucina e da un ampio ed elegante soggiorno in stile rustico con camino, salottino e tv satellitare. La struttura è dotata riscaldamento autonomo, due zone barbecue, terrazza attrezzata per prendere il sole, impianto wi-fi ed ampio spazio per il parcheggio. Distante soli due km dal centro urbano di Sassari, col mezzo in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere le zone balneari di Sorso, Platamona e Castelsardo. Essendo baricentrico rispetto alle coste del Golfo dell'Asinara può risultare un ottimo punto d'appoggio per muoversi e godere di uno degli scenari naturalistici più belli del Mediterraneo. La zona è inoltre ricca di importanti siti archeologici di epoca nuragica e pre-nuragica.
