The family-run guest house is run by Stuart and daughter Alessandra, who offer you courtesy and availability for your type of holiday you are looking for, be it relaxation or fun. The structure, recently built, offers 4 rooms, 2 apartments and a Garret room with kitchenette, all furnished with care and modern style Double rooms, triple rooms, which are all located on the first floor, two of which have a wide and sunny covered terrace with deck-chairs, tables and chairs, perfect for a leisurely breakfast. All rooms are spacious and functional furnishings, have private bathrooms, colour TV with teletext, refrigerator, ceiling fan and safe drawers. Guests have access to bicycles and a kitchen on the basement equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing breakfast and light lunches. The House also has a lovely private garden with Sun umbrellas, tables and chairs to eat meals or relaxing short. The apartments, large apartments in ground floor, are composed of a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double or triple room and bathroom. They are all equipped with hot-cold air conditioning, colour TV, safe, mosquito nets, washing machine, and have an independent entrance, private garden, barbecue, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, bicycles and private parking.
