Fish cakes (accra) are an appetizer or can be served for breakfast with Cocoa tea. Puffy, locally-seasoned, lightly fried cod fish cakes served with a garlic mayonnaise sauce and creole bread.
Cocoa tea is a locally made rich chocolate drink ranked as one of the top health foods.

Stephanie likes to take their German Shepherd dogs for a walk on the mountain road every afternoon at about 4:30 p.m. Joe is a great snooker player and sports fan and likes to challenge the guests to a game of snooker. - The innkeepers speak: patois or Creole, English
