Sometime in late June the corn begins to grow - and for weeks you'd swear you can actually see it grow.
The sitting room reflects the remembrances of world travels and makes for a cozy place to relax with friends.
Staff are always ready to assist guests in any way that we can.
The Katherine Suite is a bright large 1000sq ft studio, complete with a brand new kitchen and sitting area.
The southern portion of the inn is surrounded by corn fields July through Octobber.

A full breakfast is served in the Dining Room every morning at 9am.

My boyfriend and I came for a small weekend get-a-away, and it was absolutely amazing! The service was phenomenal, and the room was clean, comfy, housewarming, and just overall beautiful. I have never stayed in such a place. On top of the place being so great, the food was worth every bite of the calories I shouldn't be in taking :). It felt just like home, but more serenity and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here, if you choose to visit the wonders of Newport and surrounding towns. This place is perfectly in between every attraction, and wonderful food. Even the innkeeper (being a local) can help you out with where to go and perfect places to eat. I know you'll enjoy it as much as we did. It's an opportunity you can't miss out on!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Inn. After a busy day visiting friends we loved going back to our cozy bedroom at night and being greeted by Miss Lucy who is a very cute well behaved Wheaton Terrier. Waking up to a gourmet breakfast each morning was a bonus.Take a walk to the barn during milking and talk to Louie, Heidi or Jason....very informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Stuart our Inn Keeper. We look forward to visiting RI again and wouldn't think of staying anywhere but Escobar's Farmhouse Inn. Tom and Chris. Kingston, NY

Deposit Amount Required: State tax 7% and Lodging tax 6%, if you are staying two nights or more nights, we take half the amount of your stay as deposit plus taxes, the remaining amount is due at the time of check-in.

Cancellations: Should it be necessary to cancel a confirmed reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 service fee. If you cancel within the 14 days of your arrival time, your deposit may be forfeited unless the room is able to be rented, in which case you will be refunded appropriately less the $50 handling fee. For confirmed guests not arriving on the scheduled date and without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited and if additional room nights were reserved, the room will be open for availability the following day. Guests leaving early will not be entitled to a refund for any part of their reservation.
