One of the cleaniest rooms I have ever stayed in. Continental breakfast in the morning is light and a good starter and you are in hte heart of Downtown Newport. The rooms are remodeled where we stayed and you can tell the owners put thought into the guests. The restaurant is amazing also, a must when in Newport. Highly recommend to family, friends, and anyone else looking for a wonderful getaway in Newport R.I.
