The 1900 House retains the charm and grace of a bygone era. Antiques and memorabilia invite guests to relax and enjoy. The period bedrooms are furnished with collectibles and Oriental rugs. The rooms have private baths. After a candlelit breakfast, guests have a chance to do everything The Pier has to offer or to relax on the porch, stretch out on the wicker chaise, and read a good book.

This was our second time staying at this B&B. B&Bs are our favorite way to travel and though we like to try out new places if we make return trips to an area, The 1900 House was the only one choice for us when returning to Narragansett. We absolutely LOVE it there!! When we arrived, there was a couple leaving who said they had just stayed for a week and have been going there for 20 years. I can see why. Sandy and Bill really make you feel right at home. They are kind, inviting, and exceptionally accommodating. We stayed at the house with friends this time around and they made every part of our stay comfortable and relaxing. Upon arrival, we were allowed to check-in early and Sandy and Bill lent us beach passes, towels, and chairs. We were walking distance to the beach and spent a day there cost-free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and private. Breakfast is a real treat. Sandy and Bill serve a delicious, three course breakfast of fruit, freshly baked muffins, and a main course of eggs, pancakes, etc. The attention to detail in the place settings, soft music playing, and lovely morning light make you feel right at home while also being pampered. At night, we had full access to the screened-in porch and outdoor refrigerator to store beach snacks, champagne, etc. One night we ordered dinner in and Sandy even set up the dining room for us with plates, napkins, silverware, and checked on us to see if we needed anything more. This was so above and beyond what was required of her as our hostess. I highly recommend this B&B!! It is an absolute pleasure to be there and is a great spot for anyone who is going to the area for the first time, or returning there again and again to enjoy its charms and beauty.
