    The Inn at Block Island is located at 474 Old Town Road. From Old Harbor Ferry parking lot, take a right onto Water Street and then an immediate left onto Chapel Street. At the end of Chapel Street, turn left onto Old Town Road. The Inn at Block Island is the third driveway on the left.

      Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the office fifteen (15) days or more prior to arrival. All requests for cancellation or changes must be in writing; either by e-mail, fax or letter, and their receipt confirmed by Island Inns. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Late arrivals must be reported to our office before 12:00 P.M. on day of arrival. The deposit will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, deposits are refunded less Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00) per room if notice is given fifteen (15) or more days prior to your arrival date and if the room(s) is re-booked for the total number of reserved dates. If the room or rooms are not re-booked for the total number of reserved dates, the deposit minus the cancellation fee will remain as a credit to be applied to your rescheduled visit. If you wish to cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date and if the room(s) is re-booked for the total number of reserved dates, your deposit minus a fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will remain as a credit to be applied to your rescheduled visit. On cancellations made within seven (7) days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for payment of all nights reserved. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.

    Bayberry is located on the second floor in the front of the Inn. This room includes a queen bed, TV, A/C, private bath and ocean view.Buttercup is located at the back of the house with a private entrance. It includes a queen bed, private bath, A/C and TV. This is a pet friendly room.
