We stayed here while visiting our Brown University student. The location is great - within walking distance of Brown and RISD, restaurants, shopping. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Full breakfast was hearty and fresh but plain and unimaginative (e.g., eggs any style, bacon, toast, fruit). The rooms could be stand to be freshened up - crinkled, peeling wallpaper, sad linens, rattling air conditioner, TV remote needed batteries.
