The Victorian Ladies

From I-95 follow signs to Jamestown/Newport or RT-138 East. Cross Jamestown Bridge and then to the Newport Bridge. Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge marked Scenic Newport. Turn right off the exit and then right at the second traffic light onto Americas Cup Way. Follow Americas Cup along Harbor Area approximately one mile where it will turn left up a hill. Here the road turns into Memorial Boulevard going 6/10 of a mile, crossing Bellevue and to 63 Memorial Boulevard on the right. - Nearest major airport: Providence, RI (PVD-T.F. Green State) 35 miles

Follow I-95 south to Rt. 4 at sign reading "Exit 9 to Newport/South County" and go south for 10 miles. Bear right on US 1, Tower Hill Road and go south for .8 miles. Turn right on ramp at sign reading RI 138 East to Jamestown/Newport Bridges. Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge (Downtown Newport). At the end of the exit take a right (this is Rt. 238). Stay on this road for appproximately 1 mile until you see the Red Parrot Restaurant on the right (this is the end of America's Cup Avenue and the beginning of Memorial Blvd). Head up hill, travelling 6/10 of a mile from the restaurant. This will bring you to the Victorian Ladies. We are on the right, #63 Memorial Blvd.
