Our most spacious luxury room, which is decorated in a rich green color to highlight the king canopy bed. To warm you during chilly days, it boasts a gas fireplace with an elegant surround. This room also has a loveseat sofa that converts to a single pull-out-bed. It is located on the second floor of the Annandale House, accessible through the gardens with an exterior entrance. This room is very quiet and popular with our repeat guests.
The Victoria Room
A king Victorian bed with carved head and footboards awaits you on the second floor of the carriage house. You will find rich burgundy walls with gold accents and views of the garden and main inn.
A large, luxury room with a four-poster king bed and oversize private bath, it is decorated in deep, rich colors and is located on the second floor of the main inn. To add to the romantic ambiance, you'll find an electric fireplace.
Located on the first floor of the carriage house, the Louise Room has an exterior, canopied entrance you access through the gardens. In nice weather, you can enjoy your breakfast in your own private courtyard. In chilly times, a gas fireplace enhances the room. Decorated in a soft, creamy color, accented with hues of rose, this room has a private bath, four-poster queen bed, TV/VCR, CD player, individually controlled heat and A/C.

A comfortable, cheery room on the third floor of the main inn, this is our "good morning, sunshine" guest room. A warm mix of color and furnishings, with twin beds.
This guest room, with a light and airy feeling, is located on the third floor of the main inn and decorated with soft spring colors. The queen sleigh bed has a head canopy.
This elegant room is located on the second floor of the Annandale House, accessible from the gardens through an exterior entrance. You'll find a queen bed, writing table, hints of Asia and a light, emperor green motif.

This charming inn has beautiful Victorian style décor inside and several lovely garden courtyards outside. The staff is friendly and helpful and offered suggestions for sightseeing and dining options. Special care was taken to offer an alternate allergy friendly breakfast for one traveler with food restrictions. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. Another plus is the location - only three blocks from the Cliff Walk and Easton's Beach in one direction and three blocks to Bellevue Avenue and the Newport mansions the other way.

Great location! Very clean and nice rooms, great breakfast. Both Cindy & Harry were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed going on the cliff walk, visiting the mansions, taking the tour of the synagogue, and exploring the town. All in all it was a wonderful trip.

A wonderful location for seeing the Mansions of Newport. Harry & Cindy made us feel welcomed and were excellent hosts of this beautiful B & B. Note that the stairs are quite steep.

Warm and inviting historic B&B. Room (Sophie) and bath are large and furnished with many antique touches. Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Pleasant and relaxing outdoor space, but it is smaller than expected from photos. Located away from the shops and restaurants, 6 blocks from Thames St. Easy, 10-15 minute downhill stroll there, but uphill on the return. Sufficient on site parking. Be aware that some rooms are upstairs and you have to carry a bag up a narrow staircase.

A lovely inn with beautiful rooms, conveniently close to the Cliff Walk. The owner and his staff were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating, as we were there for the Salve Regina University graduation. That was our third visit and there will be more!

My daughter and I had a wonderful "bonding" visit to Newport enhanced by our stay at the gracious and elegant Victorian ladies Inn. We hope to make it an annual event! Could not have asked for a better environment to relax and enjoy.

From I-95 follow signs to Jamestown/Newport or RT-138 East. Cross Jamestown Bridge and then to the Newport Bridge. Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge marked Scenic Newport. Turn right off the exit and then right at the second traffic light onto Americas Cup Way. Follow Americas Cup along Harbor Area approximately one mile where it will turn left up a hill. Here the road turns into Memorial Boulevard going 6/10 of a mile, crossing Bellevue and to 63 Memorial Boulevard on the right.

Follow I-95 south to Rt. 4 at sign reading "Exit 9 to Newport/South County" and go south for 10 miles. Bear right on US 1, Tower Hill Road and go south for .8 miles. Turn right on ramp at sign reading RI 138 East to Jamestown/Newport Bridges. Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge (Downtown Newport). At the end of the exit take a right (this is Rt. 238). Stay on this road for appproximately 1 mile until you see the Red Parrot Restaurant on the right (this is the end of America's Cup Avenue and the beginning of Memorial Blvd). Head up hill, travelling 6/10 of a mile from the restaurant. This will bring you to the Victorian Ladies. We are on the right, #63 Memorial Blvd.
