Barry and Debbie were unbelievably hospitable from the moment I arrived at their inn. They were very helpful about their town and the beautiful mansions that Newport is known for. My room was very comfortable and I slept really well in the cozy bed in my room. What impressed me most is when I asked about where a library was so I could get on a computer to finish some work, my laptop was damaged and I was unable to bring it with me, they graciously loaned me a computer to finish my work on time. To me that goes above and beyond my expectations for hospitality. I had breakfast on their rooftop deck, which overlooks the water, every day I was there which by itself is reason enough to recommend Pilgrim House. Combine the deck, the comfortable room, and especially Barry and Debbie and the result is the most memorable experience I've had traveling. Thank you Barry and Debbie!!
