The Burbank Rose is located in the heart of historic downtown Newport. 1/2 block from the harbor with world famous shops and restaurants. Close to all attractions. Built in 1850 and named for owners ancestor Luther Burbank. If staying in our suites, a continental breakfast is available in suite's kitchen. The suites also offer stocked tea and coffee making facilities. Al rooms have AC , wireless internet and parking $10 per day

95 south to rt 4 to 128east over the bridges take exit for senic Newport, follow all signs to senic Newport, this puts you on America Cup Ave, stay on this until you come to Themes Street, when you cross Themes street look to the left and you will see a large yellow house , this is the burbankrose. Continue up to Belveiw Ave and do a U turn. There is a small parking lot just before the house , you can pull in here to unload your bags, (5min) then move care to our parking $15 24hr - Meeting places:
