Inn on Bellevue
Delight in the Inn on Bellevue's Victorian era decor, with most rooms boasting 4 poster beds & Queen Anne style furnishings, as well as updated luxuries such as found in our "Mr. Vanderbilt" room which features a King-size 4-poster bed and a jacuzzi for two.
Built in Newport, RI in 1891, the Inn on Bellevue was the home of William Fludders, a well known silversmith. This elegantly decorated home was carefully transformed into the classic Inn on Bellevue Avenue with each room tastefully decorated to provide its own unique Newport personality.
Enjoy historic charm & modern conveniences such as air-conditioning and cable TV in all rooms (& suites in our other two inns). This combination of history & modern amenities offers visiting singles, couples, and families the best of both worlds. Touro Synagogue is a few steps away & our inns are within the Eruv.
We have 2 sets of adjoining rooms for families with small children in the Inn on Bellevue and 2- and 3 BR suites in Bellevue Manor. Our Bellevue House, located on Catherine Street, offers a better value with more basic, affordable rooms, along with the same level of service offered in the other locations. Each inn is on the same block of Newport's famous Bellevue Avenue. (Check-in for all 3 is at The Inn on Bellevue on 30 Bellevue Avenue, Newport, RI 02940.)
Note: We have special rates during the week, but reservations on the weekends during the summer are at the regular rates advertised on the websites.
