Coming over the Pell Bridge, take your first exit. Bear right and proceed to light;go through light, and take a right at 2nd light onto America's Cup Ave. Get into the right hand lane, and proceed to intersection(the Red Parrot) is on your left. Bear right onto Thames St. Continue all the way down until reaching a fork in the road (Sig's a small store will be on your right). Bear right onto Old Fort Rd. Proceed to the stop sign, passing a church, and a firehouse. Take a left onto Ruggles Ave. and your first right onto Binney Street. Gardenview is the 3rd house on the left. - Nearest major airport: Providence, RI (PVD-T.F. Green State)

Take I-95 South. Get into the left lanes immediately. Take the exit for RI, Route 4. Shortly after it merges with US Rt.1, take the exit for RI Rt. 138 East to Newport. Proceed according to directions above.
