The Chestnut Inn Bed & Breakfast is located in Newport's historic "Point" section, situated one block from Narragansett Bay and a 10-minute walk to the center of town. We believe the Inn is an ideal location for your romantic or family vacation to Newport, Rhode Island, the "City by the Sea." The Chestnut Inn is opened year round and is the perfect getaway destination for couples and families. Your children and pets are always welcome here! Our accommodations include two oversized Victorian bedrooms on the first floor, each with AC and a king-size bed. Other amenities include a spacious living room with cable TV and library. A continental breakfast is served at 9:30 am. You may enjoy this culinary delight in our large country kitchen or dine on the front porch caressed by ocean breezes. Our shared bath with a jet tub offers total relaxation. The huge chestnut tree in the enclosed back yard provides security and shade for the kids and pets.
