Beachstone Bed & Breakfast
Beachstone Bed and Breakfast exemplifies Coastal Living. Located just one block from a beautiful beach, The scenic Ocean Drive, Cliff Walk and Bellevue Ave where many of the mansions are located. Our in-home Bed & Breakfast features two guest rooms. A delicious breakfast is served to the privacy of your room or our dining room if requested. Each guest room has a private bathroom and either a private patio or balcony with table and chairs. If you come to enjoy the beach we supply the towels, chairs and umbrellas. Golfing, shopping, tennis and resturants are only a short distance away. Come and enjoy!

From the Newport Bridge take first exit off bridge(Downtown Newport) at bottom of ramp take a right. Follow through first set of lights, at next light take right onto Americas Cup Avenue. Follow through four sets of lights, get in left lane and go up hill (Memorial Blvd.) At second set of lights take a right onto Bellevue Avenue. Follow it for approx 2.5 miles to Lakeview Avenue (2nd Strett past the park on your right) Go all the way down the street, Beachstone is the last driveway on the left. - Nearest major airport: Newport, RI (NPT-State) 30 miles

Refund Policy; If we receive your cancellation notice at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund the amount of your deposit less 10% of the total room charge.
