Beachstone Bed and Breakfast exemplifies Coastal Living. Located just one block from a beautiful beach, The scenic Ocean Drive, Cliff Walk and Bellevue Ave where many of the mansions are located. Our in-home Bed & Breakfast features two guest rooms. A delicious breakfast is served to the privacy of your room or our dining room if requested. Each guest room has a private bathroom and either a private patio or balcony with table and chairs. If you come to enjoy the beach we supply the towels, chairs and umbrellas. Golfing, shopping, tennis and resturants are only a short distance away. Come and enjoy!

The best B&B we have ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean and beautiful , and the breakfast were just unbelievable! We would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Newport area.

We frequent Newport quite often and have stayed at many places. Beachstone by far is our absolute favorite..I am so grateful to have found it and as long as accomodations are available that is definately where we will stay always..Jay and Geralyn and family (including Bailey of course) are the most gracious and personable hosts.. We are grateful to have had the chance to get to know them a bit. They make our stay there very comfortable and relaxing..The rooms are cozy and beautiful and the breakfast is unbeatable..The location is great too! We look forward to our return to Beachstone and many more stays there!! It makes our stay in Newport much more enjoyable. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay anwhere else other than Beachstone Bed and Breakfast..

Everything about the Beachstone B&B was totally outstanding! There is no better location or accomodation in Newport. The premises were picturesque and Gerilyn and Bailey were splendid hosts. Breakfast was out of this world! Not to miss...

A lovely couple who have a wonderful house. The room is very lovely wiht its own private patio. Nice place to read, relax and have breakfasts which were outstanding. Located in the nicest part of town near the end of the island, one block from the mansions, the end of Cliff Walk and Ocean Drive. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended.

From the Newport Bridge take first exit off bridge(Downtown Newport) at bottom of ramp take a right. Follow through first set of lights, at next light take right onto Americas Cup Avenue. Follow through four sets of lights, get in left lane and go up hill (Memorial Blvd.) At second set of lights take a right onto Bellevue Avenue. Follow it for approx 2.5 miles to Lakeview Avenue (2nd Strett past the park on your right) Go all the way down the street, Beachstone is the last driveway on the left.
