The Admiral Fitzroy Inn is located in the Heart of Newport's Harbor District. We have a wonderful deck overlooking Newport Harbor, perfect for sunsets. Our large entry is inviting and gives the flavor and decor of the Inn a true individual signature. Everywhere, we have wistfully hand painted our walls. All done in a tasteful way to please the eye and lift the spirit. All rooms are complete with a custom built Swedish Cupboard containing a TV with cable, Tea Kettle and the fixings, seating areas (Sofas, table and chairs) and some rooms with desks. Right at second traffic light onto America's Cup Ave. Right at interection of Thames, Am Cup and Memorial (IN FRONT OF THE RED PARROT RESTAURANT). Inn on left. Drive before Inn to free parking lot. From Boston Rte 24. Rte 95 to Rte 24 to Rte 136. Follow signs to Downtown Newport. You will emerge into Washington Square. Note small park to your left. Left on Thames Street at light. Bump down Thames and exit onto America's Cup Ave. Right at intersection of Thames, Am Cup and Memorial Blvd (IN FRONT OF RED PARROT RESTAURANT). Inn on left. Drive to free parking before Inn.
