NEWPORT'S QUINTESSENTIAL B&B INN: Framed by 27 distinctive round-top windows, the elegant Victorian was built in 1855 on the first gas-lit street in America, and is on the National Historic Register. Thirteen finely appointed guest quarters all feature fireplaces, grand beds with Italian linens, antiques, and artwork. Luxury suites also feature whirlpools or steam bath.
The Harborview Spa may be Newport, RI's most unique guest accomodation, with its own private roof deck, hot tub, and panoramic views of Newport Harbor.

Deposits are not refundable. If you change or cancel the reservation at least 15 days prior to the arrival date, you will be given a rain check for a future stay within a year, less a processing fee of 10% of deposit.
