    The Atlantic Inn, an elegant 'Victorian' Inn built and first opened in 1876. The Inn is situated on 6.0 acres of gently rolling grassy slopes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Old Harbor Village on the picturesque island of Block Island, Rhode Island. The Inn contains 21 rooms and each is individually described with antiques, period furnishings and all have private baths. A gourmet restaurant for up to 85 guests is located in the Inn and the Inn itself caters to individuals, couples, and families. The restaurant has received rave reviews from "Bon Appetit" and other publications. Some of our special guests include the Clinton family.

    We stayed at the Atlantic Inn and found it to be very enjoyable. All of the people were friendly and the rooms were nice, clean and our overall experience was excellent
