University Bed and Breakfast

We are located in the heart of downtown Montreal, on a quiet, residential street. The 3-storey triplex was built in 1921 and features exposed brick walls and marble fireplaces.

From here, it is a short walk to Mont Royal Park, McGill University, Chinatown, The Old Port, The Plateau, Bell Centre and hundreds of Montreal's famous restaurants and shops.

Our delicious continental breakfast is served in our main dining room and features St. Viateur Bagels, croissants, toast, jam, cream cheese, fresh fruit, cereal, yogourt, coffee, tea and OJ.


We have 7 fully self-contained Suites with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. For the traveller on a budget, we also have 4 Rooms with a shared bathroom and access to our main kitchen. All of our Rooms and Suites have Wi-Fi internet access, a plasma TV with DVD player and a telephone.


If you are looking for the convenience of a downtown hotel with the comforts of home and a friendly atmosphere, this is the right accommodation for you.

Cancellations after check-in: credit towards future stay only if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
