Le Simone B&B
In the heart of Montreal Le Simone offers bed & breakfast in a warm victorian house of 1875, our 10 rooms and suite can accomodate you, in comfort and security.
Our rooms are large and sunny, most of them have queen size bed (and firm 600 springs matresses). All are non-smokers. We have a large sunny terrasse of 400 square feet.
Everyday you can enjoy a continental breakfast available until 11am. During summer, except monday wednesday and friday, the chef is in and will prepare you a dish of eggs. You can access the Internet with one of our two high speed stations or on your laptop with our wi-fi.
We believe we offer the best ratio/quality in town. Your saving are substantial for a longer stay. As a matter of fact we are a bit afraid that once your in our place you do not want to return home!
We are near everything: access to the underground city is 50 yards away, the bus terminal: 100 yards. Parking is easy either free on the street (in designated area at designated time, will teach you) or for a small fee (7.50$/24h) in secure parking lot 50 yards away.

By metro(subway): Come out at Berri-UQAM, exit St-Hubert/Place Dupuis, outside walk 25 yards(meters) to your right at street corner walk left for another 25 yards. From Bus terminal: Identifies deMaisonneuve exit outside walk to your left for about 75 meters, at second traffic light walk left for another 25 yards. - Nearest major airport: Montreal, PQ, Canada (YUL-Dorval) 15 miles

Strongly suggest you take a taxi, flat 35$ rate, car rental agencies in next block, pedestrian friendly city, lots of taxi, buses and metro to get you everywhere. Parking ruling complex and writing in french only.
