This magnificent house takes up the two upper floors of a one-and-a-half-century-old brownstone townhouse. Three of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. There is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bathroom with shower and powder room on the first floor. 14-feet ceilings grace the living and dining rooms, which are separated by a double fireplace. The dining room is perfect for entertaining 6 to 8 people, and adjoining is a quaint kitchen.
