An old property from 1830 finely furnished and decorated.Perfect for professional: 5mn walk to conference center and university.Excellent location for visitors: One block to famous "Place Des Arts" and majors festivals(Jazz festival,Comedy festival, Francofolies etc..). And 6 mn walk to the old city.In the winter we will show the next door for the famous underground city! We will be happy to help you in english, french and spanish.
