    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 3 p.m.    Check Out: 12 p.m.

    • Deposit Amount Required: We ask for a deposit equal to the cost of the first night for each room you are reserving.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email. We do not offer refunds of deposits. We do, however, offer a very generous cancellation policy: If you must cancel your reservation and you do so with 7 or more days notice we will gladly respect your deposit and apply it to your rescheduled stay during any equivalent or lower season except for Holiday season (December 23 - January 2) for up to 12 months from your original scheduled arrival. If you must cancel your reservation and you do so with less than 7 days notice but before 12 pm (Cancun time) on the day of your scheduled arrival, we will gladly respect 50% of your deposit and apply it to your rescheduled stay during any equivalent or lower season except for Holiday season (December 23 - January 2) for up to 12 months from your original scheduled arrival. We only allow deposits to be applied once to rescheduled reservations. If you must cancel your rescheduled reservation, we will not apply the deposit to any future reservations. All rescheduled reservations are subject to availability. Cancellation of reserved nights after arrival will be charged at $20 USD per night per room. All special cases and emergencies will be left to the manager's discretion.

    • Directions to property:
      1. From the airport, travel South (right) following the signs towards "Chetumal" on highway # 307. Puerto Morelos, is the first port after 22 km (approximately 12 miles). 2. When you see the sign for Puerto Morelos, take the right lane and exit the main part of the highway (you want to avoid going over the bridge and instead will pass on the right side of it). You will find a Pemex gas station on the right. Continue straight ahead and after about 1 km (about 0.62 miles) you will find a great Mayan arch and an exit to right. 3. The sign in this direction will say “Leona Vicario” and “Central Vallarta.” Turn right and follow this road which is known as the Cenotes route (“Ruta de cenotes”). You will follow this main road for about 15 KM. After the second curve, you will see a sign for Km 15 and a little later you will find an exit to the right labeled Central Vallarta. 4. Turn right here and follow the signs towards the “Siete Bocas” cenote. From this point on you will following a dirt road. After about 800 meters (approximately half a mile) will find the sign for Sakol K’aax. 5. To have us open the gate for you, please honk your car horn and/or pull string of the bell located to the left of the gate.
