Get on the highway towards Playa del Carmen. After passing Puerto Morelos when you enter the Riviera Maya area where you see many resort hotels, you will see a sigh saying Privileged Beach of Maroma, and a hamburger shop with a red banner. That is the entrance to the property and you will see the entrance on your left side.
