Cancellations:
Because of our small size , cancellations affect us significantly . Although we understand emergencies that unfortunately happen last minute cancellation do not give us always time to re-let your room . No show: The total amount of the reservation will be non-refundable. Cancellation - clause 1: If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less before the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Cancellation - clause 2: If the reservation is cancelled between 18 days and 48 hours before the day of arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be non-refundable.
