Situated on the shore of the majestic St-Charles Lake where you can enjoy many free water activities like canoeing, kayaking, pike fishing etc... and spend some beautiful nights around the fire corner.
Challenge for walkers: Park your car in the old Quebec and walk the 30 km of the brand new Linear Park to finally get to our property for a well-deserved relaxation time.
A Spacious comfortable room (16 x 13) full equipped (frig, toaster, microwave, coffee-maker) with a Queen bed a double sofabed and a single sofabed directly accessible from a private entrance door with a private bathroom equipped with a therapeutic bath with chromotherapy option.
A second room with a direct view on the lake and equiped with a single sofa-bed is available since may 7th 2009.
A tent trailer camped besides the lake can also accommodate up to 6 persons in summer time.
At only 15 minutes driving from downtown, you can also use the municipal bus circuit that take you and brought you back directly in front of the house.

Head northeast on Autoroute Félix-Leclerc (40 east).
Take exit 313 toward Saguenay/Alma to route 175 N (10km).
Take exit 158 and follow indication to Rue Jacques Bédard (left at Rue De la Durance (pass under the bridge) and turn right at Avenue De la Rivière-Jaune). Turn left at Rue Jacques-Bédard until the end of the street and turn right at Avenue Du Lac-Saint-Charles. drive 2.2km and 1673 will be on your right. - Nearest major airport: Quebec, PQ, Canada (YQB) 18 miles

from the airport on rue principale, turn left at Route De l'Aeroport, drive 1.5 km and turn right at Boulevard Chauveau Ouest after 3.8km turn left at the T intersection on Boulevard De l'Ormiere turn right again at the next corner on Avenue Chauveau for 2km then turn left at Boulevard Robert-Bourassa wich will become Boulevard De la Colline. Drive 5km and then turn right at Rue Lepire. Finally turn left on Avenue Du Lac-Saint-Charles. drive 2.2km and 1673 will be on your right. - Meeting places:
