Our stay at La Victorienne Urbaine was amazing. For four days and three nights we had not only the best stay ever, but we gained a friend in the owner. The owner is orgainzed, clean, an amazing cook, and friendly but professional. She will tell you exactly how to see everything and more in the city, she recommends great food, and also lets your imagination take you along the way. I have not had such a wonderful time at Bed and Breakfast and cannot wait to return! Rachel and Ben

Room was a good size and bed was most comfortable. Elizabeth, our hostess, was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The house (and rooms) were immaculately kept. There is a well-behaved dog-Maggie-a friendly Golden Retriever. Breakfasts were generous portion size (if smaller portions wanted -notify Elizabeth)--with a fresh fruit smoothie, fresh fruit, and a cooked dish every morning. Also fresh bread, buns, streusel. The food was delicious!

    Highly recommend

Fabulous mattress, soft sheets with lovely comforter. The bedroom was very quiet; no noise like one hears in large hotels. The area for B&B is used only by guests; owner lives downstairs so I never felt as though I was imposing on the owner's space. Impeccably clean rooms and bathroom. The breakfast is delicious and will hold you for the entire day. If you are a light eater, do ask for a small portion. We started with a fresh fruit smoothie and freshly sliced oranges and grapefruit with a bit of ginger and the breakfast continued to exceed my expectations! To top the entire experience, the owner is delightful and provides great conversation over breakfast or afternoon tea. Susan Manter USA

The Victorienne Urbaine was an exceptionally clean and comfortable Bed and Breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and each breakfast was healthy, tasty and memorable. The hostess Elisabeth was friendly and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and not just because of the location which is within walking distance to many shops and great local restaurants. Thanks again to my hostess Elisabeth and I'm looking forward to bringing my family on my next trip. Jim P.

I just spent one night in the apartment with my friends on my first visit to the city. Though the neighborhood was not what I had expected, the inn and the innkeeper were outstanding. I have never been in a nicer kept B&B. It was clean and well decorated. I could live in the apartment. The innkeeper was welcoming, helpful with directions, recommendations and is an amazing cook. Freshly made juice, crepes, brioche, salad all beautifully displayed and prepared. Should I find myself in Quebec again, I will return. By the way, the drive into the main parts of the city was quick and easy. The parking at this B&B is a definite plus.
