    • Cancellations: • In case of cancellation made 14 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded – no penalty. • In case of cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the amount of deposit will be kept. • No show or cancellation on date of arrival, the equivalent of one day stay will be charged to the credit card. • Date changes made less than 14 days prior arrival date will be subject to a $25 fee.
