    Cottage Guest offers two simple, spacious and charming suites for easy, comfortable Cape Cod living. Well-appointed, with soaring ceilings, our suites are sun-filled and fresh, typical mid century Cape Cod style, updated and fitted with new orthopedic mattresses. Both Cottage Guest suites offer full kitchens and sitting areas along with private deck or patio, A/C, WIFI/cable, heat, laundry. The Pine Suite also offers a wood burning fireplace. Set on over an acre of calm in a quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to major roads, Cottage Guest neighbors conservation land and the bike trail. We are located close to beaches, shopping, National Seashore, Audobon, and other area attractions. Cottage Guest offers you abundant space in which to recharge and refresh yourself. Our focus on quality and simple polished touches allows you peace of mind in which to truly relax. Well-behaved children are welcome. Ample parking available. We offer a one bedroom suite and a two bedroom suite which can comfortably accommodate up to three or four adults, respectively. We are ideal accommodations for travelers looking for the comforts and amenities of a hotel, with the charms of a fine bed and breakfast, while maintaining their privacy and independence.

    Cape Cod Gem

    We spent a lovely weekend at Cottage Guest in the 2 bedroom Pine Cottage. The friendly innkeepers have thought of everything, the place is truly well-equipped. Comfy beds, nice linens, very well located. Also, it was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We can hardly wait to return! Highly recommend.

    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 3-8 pm    Check Out: 10 am

    • Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum, some holidays require a 3 night stay

    • Deposit Amount Required: A deposit of 50% of balance due is required to create a confirmed reservation.
The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

    • Cancellations: If canceling twenty days or more before the reserved dates your deposit will be refunded, less a re-booking fee (with stays of four nights or under the re-booking fee is $50, for stays over four nights the re-booking fee is $100).

If canceling after the twenty day grace period, we will make every effort to re-book your days. If we are not able to re-book these days your deposit will not be refunded.

There are no refunds available for early departures.
