- Our Raw Food Super Smoothie Shake may include any of the following ingredients depending on what's fresh and what's on hand... fresh or frozen banana, fresh or frozen strwaberries, blueberries or raspberries, acai powder, gogi berries, green powder or spirulina, maca, raw nibs or cacao powder, rice bran soluables, vitamin c powder, msm, magnesium, lecithin, dates, raw agave, etc.
- Throw it all in the VitaMix blender. Add water to improve drinkability.
- Blend!
- Drink!
- Be Healthy!
