The Posada in Playa that you see is close to the sea and beach clubs just about 7-10 minute's walk! We offer good breakfasts, and Magaly & Omar are friendly mexicans that will cook local food for you at extra cost. We have air conditioning and fans in our rooms, free wifi. At Posada Picalu you can share our condo swimmingpool in the garden area and our court yard to have breakfast. Lobby area has free cable tv. We speak three languages: italian, english and spanish. We wait for you just to make your vacation the best! *No pets are allowed in either structures. For Posad Picalu: Once arrived to Playa, from the Carretera Federal go on Avenida Costituyentes (left if arriving from Cancùn Airport) for 5 blocks and turn left on Ave 20. Go on until you reach corner of Calle 28 Norte. On the corner you'll see a stone engraved "VILLAS DEL CARMEN" The Posada is the one on the left with the woodden enclosure, on n# 7.
For Villas Picalu: taking a bus might be more difficult. Choose a bus for Tulum and get off at Puerto Aventuras. Then take a cab telling them Bahia Xcacel 18/20 next to the boats) If you wish an airport pickup let us know on time.

    I spent there almost one month so you can trust me… Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, with private bathroom cleaned everyday, ceiling fan and AC. There is a common living room with cable TV and WiFi in all the building, and a swimming pool shared with the rest of the condominium. Located in a great place, just 4 blocks from the beach and 2 from the 30th Ave, a nice place to have very cheap typical Mexican food (not as in the 5th Ave). The owner, Roberto, a nice Argentinian-New Yorker-Italian guy, will make your stay as comfortable and easy as in your best dreams, with great breakfasts and all the info you need to profit your holidays!! Once again… thanks Roberto for those incredible days in that paradise!!!

    We slept three nigths in the posada and it was perfect for us. Roberto made a lovely breakfast and the rooms were nice, clean and the bed was also good. The weather was also nice so it was a good stay for our first days in Mexico! Greetings, Riemer and Alet
