HARA KABAB
Total preparation time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4Steps:
- Cut the spinach finely and boil it.
Grind it in the grinder and drain the water.
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
In a bowl add the mashed potatoes , spinach , cornflour , salt , pepper and garam masala.
Mix well.
Make balls or flatten each ball
Shallow fry each ball on a pan.
Serve warm with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
