• Deposit amount required (Required to confirm your reservation and equal to the first night's room and tax, or the complete package price whichever is applicable. charged to your credit card on reservation.)
• Check in time is 3:00-6:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
• Cancellations:
  Deposits are often refundable based on how far in advance we receive the cancellation. More than 14 days: $25 charge 14-5 days from arrival: deposit less $25, only if we're able to resell your reservation in its entirety. Less than 5 days from arrival: non-refundable regardless of reason. In addition, you remain responsible for the balance of the total reservations costs for your entire scheduled stay.
