General Information

This small family residences, welcomes you in an extremely special and warm atmosphere, which combines the advantages of a small quality hotel with the personal care of a family business.
Fotis and Joanna successfully restored the family villa, giving emphasis to traditional decorations and to the equipment.

Villa Philothera is a newly built, family unit, designed according to the typical Cycladic style. It's ideally situated, just 70 meters from the most beautiful beach of Santorini - Perissa Beach. The whole area is ideal beach for swimming, sunbathing and sea sports. The main road of perissa and resort center is also just 50 metres away, where you will find cafes, pubs, restaurants, super market, Taxi, tourist offices and bus station.
Rooms: The villa consists of 3 double rooms and one apartment, all the room have a small kitchen (suitable only to make breakfast). All the rooms are a good size with a lovely terrage, private bathroom, air-conditioning-wi-fi internet access, is included in the price as well as the safe deposit box.
The apartment (60m2) can accommodate up to 6 people and have 2 separate bedrooms with twin beds, one kitchen with 1 sofa-bed, a private bathroom and a large balcony (20m2) with seaview.
Guests can also to use the hot-tub spa-jacuzzi in our garden, and free parking.


Daily cleaning and sheets / towels changed every day, and the transfer from port or airport to hotel is free(for booking +3 nights), at yours disposal at the reception turistic information, maps, reservations for santorini tours-rental car-moto, information for museums and restaurants - all included in.
The price - excellent value for money.
Great location too, half way between the beach road and the main road.
