General Information

Location:Tree-lined street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan on the Hudson River banks.

Accomodations: Three air-conditioned bedrooms, the Serenity, and Red rooms, with full sized beds and the Amber room with two full size beds are offered in a 1929 building with all the prewar charms. Located on the third floor in an elevator building.

We do not offer nor have any suites.

There are two shared bathrooms kept spotlessly clean and the innkeepers, a clothing designer and aspiring filmmaker, work and live there.

The kitchen, living room, dining room, office( with high speed internet as well as wi-fi) and laundry facilities are at your disposal at all times. We do ask that guests clean up after themselves as we do not have a maid service.

Parking: There is limited free parking available on the street and a garage is located one block away. Subway, a three minute walk from the house, includes the 1 and C trains. 20 minutes to Time Square.

Breakfast: Served at 8AM included in rates.
