    A confirmation obligates the guest for the entire length of reserved stay. No refund for late arrival or early departure. Holidays may require longer cancellation times. You are welcome to send someone in your absence. Upon completing a Reservation Request, Guest Accepts and Understands Cancellation Policy. 30 Days or More in Advance - $35.00 Cancellation Fee 15 - 29 Days from Arrival - $70.00Cancellation Fee LESS than 15 Days from Arrival - There is no refund, however we do offer a generous rebooking space available for accomodations portion of the package midweek (Sun. - Thurs.). Holidays and high season excluded. Cancellation Fees are non-refundable, however deposits can be used, based on availability for rescheduling, if booked within 30 days.
