General InformationLocated in the heart of Steubenville's North Fourth Street Historic district only 3 blocks from Franciscan University. Built Circa 1870, all three homes are outstanding example of Italianate Victorian residential architecture.
Fully restored, Bayberry House offers a whole house rental of both the Westfall and Garret Guest Houses. Both homes feature a formal entry hall, living room, TV parlor, dining room, kitchen and full bath on the first floor. When you choose to stay in either the Westfall or Garrett guest houses your group has the entire house to yourselves.
Westfall House has 4 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Two king and two 2 twin bedrooms, for a total of up to 8 guests.
Garrett House has 5 bedrooms, one is a jacuzzi suite with bath, and an additional full bath on the second floor and on the first floor. Two king, one queen, one full and one double twin bedroom, for a total of up to 10 guests.
The large wrap around front porch and yard with garden is available for your use as well. With the fully equipped kitchen most guest choose to prepare their own breakfast, we also offer a Continental Breakfast is delivered upon request every morning and something special on Sundays.
Our third house the Weir House will open as an 8 room inn in a couple years and is currently under restoration.

Pricing based on 2 guests per bedroom. So if someone wants their own room, please count them as 2 persons. The guest house is a whole-house, registered guests only, short term rental and is available by the day or month.
Westfall House rate is $130 per night for the first 2 guests, $25 each additional guest based on 2 per room. Garret House is $150 per night for the first 2 guests, $25 each additional guest based on 2 per room ($50 per additional bedroom room per night).

Cancellation Policy : A refund of your deposit will be returned to you and you must cancel at least 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Pittsburgh International Airport is 30 miles away. Take the airport exit to 60 east, then take the 576 toll road bypass west from the airport 4.4 miles to US Rt 22 west through Weirton West Virginia 19 miles, across the Ohio River 1 mile and around the curve to south OH Rt. 7, go 2 blocks and take a gentle right onto the North Fourth Street exit, go under the Historic District arch and we are located 1/2 block on your right hand side.
