General Information

This magnificent medieval castle (renewed in 1880) is located in a dazzling park 35 ha, at a small step from Bruges (1,5 km), direction Knokke and the Coast (14 km). The local bus stops at 500m. at the end of the entrance of the Castle. Quiet, rural and exclusive location.
Guestrooms for special occasions. The Castle is also available in his total.

    How to get to :Kasteel The Berghe Dudzelesteenweg 311, B8000 Bruges Via Expressweg E-34 E34-N49 :coming from Antwerp direction Knokke and driving till Maldegem, turning left (3 km) and then right direction of Bruges (N9). When arrived in Bruges, drive till the ramparts with ring. Then turn right (after 4 crosslights) again right (road N376 Dudzele 7 km, Sluis 17 km, Knokke 16 km). After 1.5 km you will see left a gravelled drive next to house number 301 (there is a distance of approx. 200 meters between house number 201 and 301. Please follow this drive (not in a very good condition but safe). From Brussels, Gent or Antwerp via E-40 To follow E-40 till Oostkamp (exit 8/A-17 Bruges-Kortrijk), turn right direction of Bruges (E-403/N31) until you have passed Bruges. Take exit AZ (hospital) exit St. Pieters / De Haan, Oostende. At the end of the exit turn right direction of Bruges until you reach an iron bridge over a big canal ( Scheepsdalebrug) Before the bridge at the cross lights you turn left and stay on this road till the 3rd cross lights. There you turn left direction of Dudzele (road N376 Dudzele 7 km, Sluis 17 km, Knokke 16 km). After 1.5 km you will see left a gravelled drive next to house number 301 (there is a distance of approx. 200 meters between house number 201 and 301. Please follow this drive (not in a very good condition but safe).
