General InformationHeron Haus is a 1904 English Tudor mansion located in the city's northwest hills. Designed by noted Portland architect Joseph Jacobberger, it is on the National Historic Register. It has six guest suites, each with private bath and fireplace. Full gourmet breakfast served each morning. Off street parking and high-speed wireless Internet access.

From Washington or coming south on I-5:
Stay on I-5 south and cross the Columbia River. Take the St Helens / Beaverton Exit, which puts you on the Fremont Bridge. Move into the right lane and exit onto Vaughn St. Turn left on 25th Avenue and go across Northwest Portland toward the hills to the intersection of 25th, Johnson and Westover. Take a sharp right onto Westover and go up the hill one block. Continue up the Heron Haus driveway where Westover makes a sharp left
From I-5 coming north / I-405 North:
On I-5 stay to the left as you approach the I-405 junction onto I-405. Take the Everett St. exit. Go straight ahead to the second light and turn left onto one-way Glisan. Move into the right lane before 23rd Avenue, which becomes a twp-way street at that point. Continue one more block and turn right onto 24th. Go three blocks and turn left onto Johnson. Up Johnson another block and then bear right onto Westover and go up the hill another block. Continue up the Heron Haus driveway where Westover makes a sharp left - Nearest major airport: PDX
- Directions from airport:
Take the exit labeled I-205 South/Portland/Salem. Take I-205 to I-84 West and then west on I-84 to I-5 North. Get in the right lanes to exit North, then immediately merge left to avoid exiting to the Coliseum. Take I-5 to the next exit labeled St. Helens/Beaverton/I-405. This puts you on the Fremont Bridge (with the flags on top). Follow the directions provided above from the Fremont Bridge.
