1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and cozy living room with TV, VCR/DVD. intimate patio with outdoor dining area ovserlooking rose garden. Use of backyard overlooking a garden with gazebo with adirondack chairs for cozy lounging. Also available for your use, is an upstairs ocean view deck with barbque and dining areas and chaise lounges.A fresh continental breakfast is included, and I can also pack you a boxed lunch for your daily activities, wine and appetizers in the evening, or a catered dinner for an extra fee. We have beach chairs, beach towels, snorkle gear and boogie boards available for you to use.

    If you cancel 60 days or more before your scheduled check in date, your entire deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled check in date, you will forfeit your security deposit. No cancellations due to weather.
