General Information

Our friendly guesthouse, classified “4 clés” from Clévacances, is situated within walking distance of the village centre of St. Nicolas de la Grave. Toulouse is only a 45 min drive away, Bordeaux and Carcassonne about 90 mins.
The charming “Maison de Maitre” is set in enclosed parkland with heated swimming pool (open from April - October, depending on weather) and has been carefully restored to retain nearly all original features.
Two spacious bedrooms and one suite are situated on the second floor of the house, two new imposing suites offer sumptuous accommodation in a secluded location. All offer en-suite shower rooms, TV and tea & coffee making facilities.
St. Nicolas de la Grave is situated 8 km from the historic town of Moissac, known for it’s abbey and cloisters. The Tarn and Garonne region is renowned for the pilgrim trail to Compostella. The “Véloroute”, a former towpath which runs alongside the picturesque “Canald des Deux Mers” between Bordeaux and Toulouse and is very popular for walking and cycling tours, is only 2 km away from us.

Exit motorway 62 at junction 9 Moissac/ Castelsarrasin.
At the roundabout turn left toward Moissac.
After 6 km, follow directions to Agen for around 4,5 km, then turn left signposted "St. Nicolas de la Grave".
Cross the little bridge and continue for another 2 km.
In the village, turn right just in front of the church, then right again at the roundabout, and we are immediately on your left.
