The Wayside is a lovely Georgian-style "Summer Cottage" located amoung the famed Newport mansions on Bellevue Ave
in the heart of Historic Newport.Be our guest and enjoy the comfort and splendor of Newport's Gilded Age ...in a warm welcoming way.
Begin your morning with a wholesome continental breakfast ,spend the day touring the city's many lovely attractions . It's a short walk to stroll along historic Cliffwalk safe above the crashing surf.
Return to enjoy a refreshing swim in our heated in-ground pool or relax with a good book in a quiet garden spot.
Downtown dinning and night spots are a few blocks away in the harbor area . Finally return to relax and drift off to sleep in one of our spacious , attractive bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom.
