You will be our only guests and will enjoy privacy and personalized service. Only 2+ hours from New York City, Philadelphia and Baltimore/Washington.   • Minimum stay required (2 night minimum stay required on holiday and special event weekends)
  • Smoking is allowed outside only (A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed for any indoor smoking.)
  • Limited accommodations for guest pets (We have four cats.)
  • Children are welcome (Keep in mind there is a creek nearby.)
  • Limitations on childcare (we can help to arrange childcare.)
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (You may bring your own alcohol if you wish.)
  • Deposit amount required (Deposit of 50% of stay required in advance.)
  • Check in time is 3 - 6 pm and Check out time is 11 am - 1 pm
  • Cancellations:
    If stay is canceled within two weeks of scheduled stay, a full refund (less 20%) is given. If stay is canceled within 5 days of scheduled date, and the space can be occupied by other guests, a full refund (less 20%) is given. If stay is canceled within less than 5 days, no refund is given.

At T intersection (on right is Mainville Furniture), make left and travel another 5 miles (CHECK ODOMETER!!) through village, then mainly trees and fields last 2 of the 5 miles until you come upon a white house on left. 100 yards past the white house, at end of guard rail, also on left, make a hard, sharp left onto our gravel driveway. The road ends at our property. You'll know you are here when you see two very large brick buildings.
