A building of the 5th century, completely refurbished in 2006, inside a group of flats, built up by “Serenissima will” order to offer an house at “cheap rent” to the workers of the ancient Arsenale. It puts at your disposition a modern accomodation in a context that lives the history.

The green room is located at the ground floor with an indipendent entry for your privacy and private bathroom with shower. A double or two single beds with wardrobe in a simple and functional style. The pale-blu room, located at the second floor, very bright and wide with double or two single bed and shutters in real venetian style. Bathroom. Aside.
The blue room, on the same floor, with double beds, young and informal style with bathroom aside. We'll offer you warmth and hospitality, to spend an unforgettable holiday.
