Chocolate cake
Total preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 300grams g chocolate bar 60%
- 4 eggs
- 200grams sugar
Steps:
- Melt chocholate and butter together (also in the microwave)
Preheat the oven to 170° (gas 4)
- whisk eggs and sugar together
- add slowly the eggs-sugar mixture to the melted chocholate
- Pour into a non-sticking dish or one lined with greaseproof parchment
- cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
It keeps well up to a week (if you manage not to eat it all before!!
