    Because we are a small inn, and deal in numerous advanced reservations, we request early notification if your reservations are to be changed in any way. All cancellations are charged $25.00 processing fee. The balance of your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 7 days or more prior to arrival date. On shorter notice, your entire deposit will be forfeited. A 30-day cancellation is required for Holidays & Special Event Weekends. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, or early departures.
