Place was cosy and the room was big. The whirpool in the washroom was huge. Although it is technically meant for 2 people, it could comfortably fit 3 I think. We loved breakfast and the inn owner was nice. Great location too.

    Outstanding B&B!!!!

We have stayed at the Fringe a few other times and have always been pleased with it. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Our room had two recliners, a mini refrigerator filled with soda and water, double whirlpool and a king size bed!! Ruth and Carl served a wonderful breakfast which included homemade pecan rolls, fresh fruit salad, crepes and sausage patties! We will definitely plan a return visit!!!

A great getaway at getaway prices

We had a wonderful time. We had been to the area before but wanted to stay for only one night. The Fringe was able to accomodate us, though most people were doing two-night minimums. Don't mind the gruff Mr of the house -- he's very sweet, especially come the next morning. And the Mrs is very nice as well. It's comfortable and homey.

This was our second stay at the Fringe, and we only live 20 miles away. If you want a quiet, elegant evening away, this is the place. If you want to be located near fine dinning, a lakeshore walk/drive, or activities, you won't be disappointed. The Pauls will help direct you, and the rest is up to you. Our stay at the Fringe has been just what we needed.
