Popovers
Total preparation time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs at room temp.
- 1 cup Milk at room temp.
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Steps:
- Heat oven to 450
Generously grease six 6-ounce popover cups.
- Beat slightly (do not over beat): Eggs, then
beat in flour, milk and salt just until smooth.
Fill popover cups about 1/2 full.
- Bake 20 minutes.
Decrease oven temperature to 350.
Bake popover cups 20 minutes longer.
- Immediately remove from cups.
Serve hot.
