Crispy Bacon Rolls

Total preparation time:  5 minuts
Serves:  6

Ingredients:

  • 1 dozen Bacon stripes

Steps:

  1. With "oven paper" prepare some paper rolls about 10/15 cm. lenght. A sort of paper "cannoli".
  2. roll the bacon stripes on the paper rolls
  3. Put the rolls in your microwave, max power for about 30-40 seconds. Keep out the rolls and let them chill a bit. Softly and gently squeeze the paper rolls on the final parts and slide out the bacon rolls. When cold they have to be crunchy.
  4. Fill the rolls with whatever you want, soft cheese, a sour cream, or... scrambled eggs (using a sac-a-poche). Use all your fantasy... Serve them on a well garnished plate.
  5. For more infos and a good video on how to do them... here is the link: http://www.alquadrifoglio.it/cucina.html
